Welcome to 7 Healthy Days

Optimal health and well-being are desirable goals. Through years of physical exercise, mindful nutrition, and nurturing myself and those around me, I have come to realize how these elements fit together in a holistic manner that supports overall good health and well being. My passion for fitness and the outdoors, healthy eating, edible gardening, and conscious efforts to be well and sharing with others challenges, successes, and advice, have led me to the point where I find myself at the intersection of all these ideas, ready to engage, support, and take this passion to the next level by making it my next professional endeavor.

In this journey I am applying my expertise as certified NASM Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, (as well as my experience as a former physiotherapist), discovering the value of health conscious nutrition as a foundation to well-being, and adding new facets and ideas of an all-around and balanced lifestyle tailored to individual needs and capabilities with my ongoing ACE Health Coach certification.

I have created 7 Healthy Days – a site for inspiration to take small steps every day towards a healthier life, a healthier community, and a healthier planet. I am excited to share my philosophy with you because the first person you must love and take care of is yourself!
